If your throwing an Ant Picnic Birthday Party for your kids then try printing out some of our cute food cards to go with it! Try using the Ant clipart image above that I drew to print out and laminate. You can lay the entire ant picture on top of a flat cake. This would make the cake match your ant party theme.
Here is some cute idea to use for this Ant Birthday Party :
Ant Cakes- Bake cupcakes and buy some plastic ants to lay on top of the frosting. If your children are very small you may not want to go with that idea because you don't want your child to choke on the ants. If the kids are older then they can pick the ants off. Or you can always do edible fondant ants. Print out one of our "ANT CAKES" food cards and prop it up next to the ant cakes. The Ant Cakes food card is the 2nd link down.
Ant Cookies- If your talented with baking and can create an ant cookie then go for it! If not then try looking on Etsy for all of your adorable ant cookie needs! You will find some of the most talented people out there making these cookies from scratch and decorating them. It will seem as if you spent days working on your Ant Cookies! Ant Drinks- Buy some plastic ant ice cubes to drop in your drinks. If your have really small children you might not want to try this. Just fill an ice cube tray with some water and then drop one ant in each cube spot. Then freeze them. When done then just pop the ice cube out and place in the cups. Ants- Buy some swiss rolls and add some chow mein noodles for legs by just sticking it into the Swiss roll. You can print out our "TAKE ONE" food card and prop it up next to it. Ant Hill Cups- Fill small plastic cups with chocolate pudding and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top. Print out the "ANT TREATS" or "ANT FOOD" card out and prop next to them. Picnic Basket Treats- Buy mini picnic baskets and fill with jelly beans. Print out the "TAKE ONE" food card and prop next to them. This is the 4th link down.
Ant Pinata- Make your own ant pinata! Look up tutorials on how to make an pinata and then just design it into an ant.
